&1 cannot be created because work context '&2' is active

What causes this issue?

Some iPPE objects cannot be created if a work context, such as a focus
or line balance, is active. Such a work context is currently active.

System Response

The iPPE object cannot be created.

How to fix this error?

Select 'Filter' and switch off the work context.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
