What causes this issue?

Error while setting up a connection to or communication with the
cProjects system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the assignment of the cProjects system in Customizing under
<LS>Production</> -> <LS>Basic Data</> -> <LS> Integrated Product
Engineering</> -> <LS>Connection to cProjects</> ->
