Error while reading cProjects URL in cProjects system

What causes this issue?

The system has attempted to read the URL for a linked cProjects object,
to display this object in the cProjects system. While doing so, an error
occurred in the cProjects system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the error log for more information about the messages triggered in
the cProjects system (message class and message number).
Process the errors in the cProjects system.
