What causes this issue?

There is no corresponding spool request for the user's selection
criteria.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the selection criteria.
Note: If print requests were generated with the attribute 'Delete after
printing', these print requests may already have been deleted.
