What causes this issue?

How to fix this error?

Change the WBS element setup in the project builder (transaction
<DS:TRAN.CJ20N>CJ20N</>).
INCLUDE PMMO_SETTINGS_DISTR_PROFILE OBJECT DOKU ID TX

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
