Insufficient stock qty for WBS element &1, material &2, batch '&3' by &4

What causes this issue?

The system did not find enough stock in the <AB>PMMO_STOCK</> table for
<ZK>Goods Issue</> or <ZK>Goods Receipt Reversal</>. This may be due to
the following:
Stock situation was incorrect in the <AB>PMMO_STOCK </>table
Some stock records are skipped due to recursive checks

System Response

The material document cannot be posted.

How to fix this error?

Execute the process in CHECK mode to see if any stock records are
skipped to avoid recursive goods issue.
Contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
