What causes this issue?

&v1&: Header material
&v2&: Item material or item class
&v3&: WBS element/header material/plant/BOM usage/alternative
&v4&: BOM category and internal BOM number

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
