The valuation of cause &1 was reset

What causes this issue?

You have removed the preventive action &V2& or reset its confirmation.
There is no longer any confirmed preventive action assigned to the
corresponding cause &V1&.

System Response

The valuation of the corresponding cause is reset and it is not marked
as valuated. The default value for the valuation of the cause is
displayed.

How to fix this error?

Check the valuation of the cause and adjust it if necessary. If an
action is still assigned to the cause, you can do this via the
confirmation of this action or another action.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
