The identification &1 was changed to &2 in the system

What causes this issue?

You entered an identification &V1& for an audit component. The system
changed this identification to &V2&.

System Response

One of the following has occurred:
- Lower case letters have been changed to upper case letters,
- The entry has been changed because of a template saved in
Customizing,
- The identification was allocated by internal number allocation in a
user-defined BAdI.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
