Locking date cannot be used; Customizing not active

What causes this issue?

You cannot use the lock date when creating a control cycle due to
missing Customizing settings.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

<LS>Production</> -> <LS>Kanban</> -> <LS>Activate Additional Functions
for Control Cycles</>.
