Trip number &1 version &2: posting run &3 has incorrect status &4

What causes this issue?

Trip number &V1&, version &V2& has the correct transfer status, but
posting run &V3& for posting data to <LS>Accounting</> was performed
incorrectly.

System Response

The employee with trip number &V1& is rejected by HR preparations for
archiving. The trip data cannot be archived.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
