Only access the report by using the archiving transaction

What causes this issue?

You have tried to access a report directly that is used in the
<LS>Archive Data from HR Application Components</> transaction.

System Response

The report is not executed by the system.

How to fix this error?

Only access the report from the <DS:TRAN.PU22>Archive Data for HR
Application Components</> transaction. This is the only way the system
can take account of the dependencies between the <LS>payroll</>,
<LS>time evaluation</>, and <LS>travel management</> components, and
reconcile archiving dates with retroactive accounting limits.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
