System could not import data from infotype 0007 Planned Working Time

What causes this issue?

To perform HR preparations for archiving, the system requires data from
infotype 0007 <LS>Planned Working Time</>. This data could not be
imported.

System Response

HR preparations for archiving cannot be performed.

How to fix this error?

Check that infotype 0007 <LS>Planned Working Time</> exists.
If the infotype does not exist, you must create an infotype for the
employee in question.
If the infotype exists, repeat the action that triggered this error
message. If the error re-occurs, contact SAP for clarification.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
