What causes this issue?

The parameter CBW is set to zero in the feature TRVPA, i.e. the
optical archive is not active for this personnel number.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In the travel expense customizing system, maintain the feature TRVPA.
