Only the first cell marked can be considered for this function

What causes this issue?

This function can only be used for one employee at a time in the shift
plan, so the system could not process all of the cells that you have
selected.

System Response

The system can only process the first cell that you selected. The
remaining cells are deselected.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
