What causes this issue?

The implementation of PDF integration is based on the Adobe Acrobat
product versions 4.0 and 4.0.5. If other versions are installed, the
functions of the interface may be restricted.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
