What causes this issue?

The authorization check for the object P_ORGXX was not successful. This
is probably because user &1 has no &2 authorization for infotype 0579,
subtype &3.
Specification '*' is required to enable modification of salary
elements. Specification 'S' is required for the simulation mode.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the authorizations for the user.
