Number of hours in confirmation differs from number in HR System

What causes this issue?

The number of hours in the confirmation does not correspond to the
number in the HR record.
This can have the following causes:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

You have changed the number of hours in the single screen for
confirmations.
The number of hours in the HR record has two places after the decimal
point, but networks and maintenance orders use only one decimal place.
The number of hours from HR can be rounded.

How to fix this error?

Please ensure that the number of hours in HR corresponds to the number
in the confirmation.
