Delete the country list or change the setting

What causes this issue?

Either a list of countries is entered, and the key
"valid for all" chosen, or the key "valid
for specified" is chosen, but no country specifed. This causes an
inconsistent status.

System Response

The processing can not continue.

How to fix this error?

If you want to select all countries, choose the key "valid
for all" and delete the list of countries specified.
If you want to select certain coutries only, enter these countries
in the list, and choose the key "valid for specified".
