What causes this issue?

way:

no spaces),,
,,<NP> <spp-level></>:,,Support Package Patch Level (max. 4 characters,
numerical value larger than 0),,
The current value does not correspond to this rule. The following
problem was identified:
<NP> &V2& &V3&</>

Further processing has been terminated.

How to fix this error?

Correct the value of the attribute.
