Timeout while requesting change authorization for package &1 in system &2

What causes this issue?

If package &V1& is locked in the Software Delivery Assembler, released,
or replicated to SAP Service Marketplace again, it is checked in in SAP
Service Marketplace system &V2&.
This action has exceeded a timeout of &V3&s for package &V1&, however.

System Response

The system terminates the action.

How to fix this error?

Repeat the action again at a later time. If this action cannot be
completed successfully, open an IT direct message under component
IMFIT_AGS_SPE_SSDA.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
