What causes this issue?

The program wasn't able to detect a starting value in table OIRECHPR
with the key 'SAPMOIRE'. This entry is needed for the clearing house
determination.

System Response

The report abandons, because without the 'starting values' no clearing
house can be determined and therefore no proper check on the payment
card transactions is possible.

How to fix this error?

Check with SE16 if a table entry with key PGNAM = 'SAPMOIRE' exists, or
if the entry is spelled differently. If no corresponding entry can be
found, contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
