BizTalk XML is not available for display

What causes this issue?

BizTalk XML transfer process from the Business Connector could have one
of the following problems:
o,,transfer process is <ZH>pending</>
o,,transfer process is <ZH>not scheduled</>
o,,transfer process has an <ZH>error</>

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The BizTalk XML cannot be displayed at this time.

How to fix this error?

o,,Please check if the Business Connector configuration file has the
correct logging levels set.Contact your system ,,administrator to
verify.
o,,Ensure the transfer process is scheduled.Contact your system
administrator to verify.
