Contract number & is valid in SD but is not a valid PRA Contract.

What causes this issue?

This contract is a valid Sales and Distribution contract as it was
created in the standard SAP SD system. However, it is not a valid
Exploration and Production (E&P) contract and therefore cannot be
maintained in this E&P Contract transaction. A valid E&P
contract is one that has a valid E&P Contract Type tied to it.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Review the E&P Contract list Processing transaction to find
valid E&P contracts that can be maintained in the E&P
contract system.
