Standard hierarchy & has no errors.

What causes this issue?

The adjustment of master data and standard hierarchy produced no
errors. The hierarchy was checked based on the information in the
master record (assignment to the hierarchy). All master data is also
contained in the hierarchy at the right place.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
