This function is not supported for this communication type

What causes this issue?

The functions "Call program" and "Call program locally" are only active
for "Display local file" if the communication type selected is
"ARCHIVELNK".

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to display an external application using "Execute", select
the communication type "ARCHIVELNK".
