What causes this issue?

The &V1& program for Business Location detected a structure in the
archive which is not known to the &V1& program.
Either the archive is inconsistent or the &V1& program is not
up-to-date.

System Response

The &V1& process will not proceed.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
