How to fix this error?

Use the following combination in the production system:
TESTMODE = 'X' and CREATE = ' ', for the test run
TESTMODE = ' ' and CREATE = 'X', for the production run

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

TESTMODE = 'X' and CREATE = 'X', should only be used in your test
system because this setting generates an archive file but the ensuing
actions are not performed on the the database.
