Cost summation cannot be carried out for oil BoM header item &

What causes this issue?

For an oil BoM header, the costs are determined by summing up the costs
of the subitems. However, the item currently processed has no subitems.

System Response

The cost condition is set to "inactive" and the billing document cannot
be released.

How to fix this error?

The preceeding goods issue document has to be cancelled and subitem(s)
have to be maintained in sales order or delivery.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
