What causes this issue?

The vendor, who is the exchange partner that your exchange agreement
wasmade with, does not have a link to the customer in the system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the number of the exchange agreement and the customer number.
