Sales organization definition (TVKO) for & not found.

What causes this issue?

The system could not find sales organization &V1& in
<GL:Customizing>Customizing</> Table TVKO.
This may have occurred because Table TVKO was changed since the netting
document was created.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check if the netting document data is correct.
DEFINE &TAB& = TVKO
INCLUDE 'NA_SYSADMIN_TAB'
