Time dimension is inconsistent and must be repaired in transaction RSRV

What causes this issue?

You have made changes to the time dimension by adding a new time
characteristic.

System Response

Checking the time dimension after successful remodeling of the DataStore
object returned an inconsistent state because a new time characteristic
was added.

How to fix this error?

This inconsistency can be repaired by running a RSRV check. Please
proceed as described below:
Go to transaction RSRV.
Choose All Elementary Tests -> DataStore Objects -> Time Consistency for
a DataStore Object.
Run the test and repair any errors using the repair functionality.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
