What causes this issue?

No worklist has been generated because either errors have arisen for
each document category or no changes have taken place.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please refer to the error log. Look into and remedy the causes of the
errors. Perform the function again.
