What causes this issue?

For material &V1& and plant &v2&, a goods receipt is planned on &v3&.
The delivery date cannot be met, however.
Based on the planned delivery time and the GR processing time, the
earliest delivery date could be: &V4&

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
