Default date will not be copied to items already maintained

What causes this issue?

The default date is only transferred to those items, for which no
delivery phase was maintained. The delivery phases of items already
maintained are therefore not overwritten.
If you enter further items, then the defaults for the goods receipt
date and the start of sales are copied into the new items
