VLI B/M ID &1 does not match B/M ID &2 from CIC notification &3

What causes this issue?

When it tried to include the related date for the change of insurer
certificate (CIC), the system discovered that the liability bonus-malus
ID from the CIC notification is not attached to the coverage.
This is because a different bonus-malus has been entered in the CIC
notification.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check which liability bonus-malus ID and related date you want to
include.
1. You want to include the related date for the bonus-malus attached to
the coverage. In this case, adjust the bonus-malus ID in the CIC
notification.
2. You want to include the related date for the bonus-malus entered in
the CIC notification. In this case, detach the bonus-malus ID from the
coverage by making a change to the start date and replace this with the
bonus-malus ID from the CIC notification.
If the contract has comprehensive coverage, you have to check whether
the fully comprehensive bonus-malus ID in the CIC notification matches
the bonus-malus ID in the comprehensive coverage.
