What causes this issue?

You want to reset the <DS:DE.W_MITLEERG>With Empties Bill of Material
</> indicator although one or more empties bills of material have
already been assigned to the material.

How to fix this error?

If you want to remove the indicator, you must first delete the bills of
material for empties that have already been assigned. You can remove a
bill of material for empties every time you call the transaction. This
is, however, only possigle if the
<DS:GLOS.352A7ADBD3895CD5E10000009B38F974>full product</> is not yet
listed in purchase orders or sales documents and no stock yet exists
for the full product.

Procedure for System Administrators

If this indicator is lacking although bills of material for empties
exists, you may encounter problems when managing empties (purchase
orders, stocks, sales orders).
