Transformation history does not exist

What causes this issue?

You are attempting to call up the transformation history for general
recipe &v1& and master recipe &v2& &v3&. This data, however, does not
exist on the database.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
