Table &1 is not used in the system

What causes this issue?

Matching the changeover package's control information with the status
of the R/3 System resulted in table &V1& not being used in the system
and not having any contents.

System Response

The control information for table &V1& is removed from the changeover
package because the table does not have any contents in the system
which could be changed over to the euro.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
