&1 has an invalid part status

What causes this issue?

Material &V1& as a material in an MPN-MRP set must be provided cross
plant with a material status, which does not allow creation of BOMs for
this material. (Materials from an MPN-MRP set are not allowed to have
BOMs because of technical reasons).

Procedure for System Administrators

The material status can be maintained by authorized persons in
Customizing.
