No arrangement types exist for arrangement category &

What causes this issue?

Either no arrangement types have been maintained for arrangement
category &V1& (description &V2&), or the arrangement category has not
been defined. In the latter case, the description is missing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
