Text module & not defined (internal error)

What causes this issue?

The function module 'MM_ARRANG_CREATE_MAIN_DOCUMENT' was invoked with an
inadmissible parameter value. A text module with the number &V1& is not
defined.

System Response

Processing has been terminated.

How to fix this error?
