Copying control for sales doc. type & for billing doc. type & faulty

What causes this issue?

The copying control facility for sales document type &V1& for billing
document type &V2& at item level (item category &V3&) has not been
correctly maintained.
Document type &V1& is assigned to arrangement type &V4& ("subsequent
settlement") for partial or final settlement accounting.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the copying control facility as described or assign a suitable
sales document type to the arrangement type.
The following entries are necessary for "subsequent (end-of-period
rebate) settlement":
<LS>Billing document quantity</>: 'C' (order quantity)
<LS>Quantity/value pos/neg</>: '+' (positive)
<LS>Pricing type</>: 'G' (adopt price components unchanged, redetermine
taxes)
