No document data available for list output

What causes this issue?

No document data exists for outputting in list form.
Either the rebate arrangement &V1& has no condition records or no
document data exist for any of the condition records.

System Response

The function you requested cannot be performed.

How to fix this error?

Please look into this matter.
It may be that the document index for the suppliers of the purchasing
documents (indicator in supplier master record) is not active (function:
retrospective compilation of supplier business volume).
