What causes this issue?

Subsequent settlement accounting for the condition record (internal
number &V3&) and thus for rebate arrangement &V4& cannot be performed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the material short text (short description) and carry out
settlement accounting for the arrangement again. If necessary, contact
your system administrator.
