The data for the user department & does not exist in table &

What causes this issue?

Data has already been created for this material for the user department
&V1&. However, this data has not been created for all the
organizational levels (such as plant level and storage location level)
that you have now specified.
Example
A material has been created at client level for the user department
<LS>Purchasing</> and at plant level for the user department
<LS>Storage</>. If you now display the data at plant level for the user
department <LS>Purchasing</>, this message appears.
In change mode, the fields for data stored at plant level for the user
department <LS>Purchasing</> are not ready for input since the data
must first be created.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
