What causes this issue?

This transaction uses usage elements with functions that currently do
not exist on your PC.

System Response

The usage elements concerned are not displayed. As a result, the
function is subject to the following restrictions:
The overview of the last documents processed is not visible. You should
not use the <LS>Overview on/off</> pushbutton.
You cannot search for documents via the search function.
If you continue working with the transaction as it is, the program may
terminate at a later stage (error <ZH>CNTL_ERROR</>).

on your workstation.
