The plant-specific data cannot be transferred

What causes this issue?

You wanted to transfer plant-specific data by direct input or by
<DS:GLOS.Application_Link_Enabling>ALE</>. However, this requires:
A plant to be specified
One of the plant-relevant user departments to be maintainable; that is,
any <DS:GLOS.user_department>user department</> except <LS>Basic
Data</> or <LS>Classification</>

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check which data can be maintained in online mode.
