Scales not supported during creation of outline agreements

What causes this issue?

The system does not support scales in the creation of outline agreements
(contracts and scheduling agreements).

System Response

The system ignores the scales; the outline agreement is created.

How to fix this error?

After the system has created the outline agreement, invoke the BAPI for
creating outline agreements (BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE or BAPI_SAG_CHANGE)
and enter the scales.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
