For PO & & confirmation/acknowledgment date is & & days too late

What causes this issue?

The supplier confirms the date &V3& for purchase order &V1& &V2&.
This date represents a variance of plus &V4& days in comparison with
delivery date in the purchase order: the tolerance limit for too-late
delivery is thus exceeded.

How to fix this error?

Either change the tolerance limit for too-late deliveries (confirmation
sequence) using the Customizing facility:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
